Cara Lichty
Cara is a versatile Manual Osteopath who connects and provides treatment specific to her client’s individual needs. She graduated from the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy in 2019, where she had intensive hands-on training, coupled with studies into the science behind musculoskeletal pain. Continuing this love of anatomy, Cara has recently become a Manual Osteopath, graduating from the Southern Ontario College of Osteopathy. Certified in Cupping & Gua Sha treatments, these modalities are available as well as clinical Massage Therapy; please don't be shy to ask about incorporating these options into treatments! Encouraging rehabilitation on all levels; from old injuries, and postural imbalances, to general aches and pains, Cara wants to contribute to making her clients feel wonderful and giving them the tools and knowledge to keep it that way. Educating is her thing, so get ready for her to geek out over helping you get to know your body better!
